Our process begins in the darkness of the night. Our brave fishermen set sail and catch fresh anchovies at night, ensuring the catch is at the peak of freshness.

The next morning, when dawn breaks, the catch is immediately processed. The fresh anchovies are dried directly under the bright morning sun. We highly uphold traditional methods, using a process that is entirely natural and organic.

This natural drying process results in premium quality dried anchovies that are crispy and savory. From the drying racks in this coastal village, our dried anchovies are packed and ready to be sold to various regions, bringing the authentic taste and the best quality from our village across the country.
